In recent decades, women have made significant strides towards equality in the workforce, breaking barriers and shattering the glass ceiling in various industries. Many incredible women have risen to leadership positions, paving the way for future generations. One of the key factors driving this change is the increasing recognition of the unique value that women bring to leadership positions. Studies have shown that companies with more women in leadership roles tend to perform better financially and are more innovative and inclusive.
With International Women’s Day on March 8th, and Women’s History month in March, this felt like the perfect time to recognize some of our favorite female leaders! On our blog, we celebrate the achievements of women in leadership roles and explore how they have overcome challenges along the way. Hear stories from some of our valued partners, and one of our own, President and CEO, MaryBeth Anderson, who inspires and challenges our HC team in the best way possible! We hope you connect with their stories and find experiences, or advice, to inspire your own career path.
